Incredible, it's been nearly 3 months. We've learned a lot since early November and are learning more on a daily basis. What's in here are things we've learned to make life easier and survive our twin boy and girl. We are very organized and realistic people but have felt very naive through the first months because this is pretty complex stuff.
We are not saying this is what you should do, this is what has made our daily chores easier.
